The vitiligo puzzle: The mental side

Following on from our speculation on the physical factors in the vitiligo puzzle we now move our attention to potential mental factors to consider during  the investigation process:

Calmness: A calm mind is a good mind. It is more conducive to correct action and its opposite (a stressed overactive mind) is exactly what is known to to cause health problems. This is why we suggest cultivating calmness and that not having it is a critical flaw in vitiligo investigation.

Thoughts of health and strength: Too often with vitiligo the mind is overwhelmed with negative and weak thoughts. Not only do they not help healing happen but it directly contribute to a sense of hopelessness and not wanting to investigate vitiligo(which is our main agenda). This is why the ability to change mental states at will from positive to negative is important (see vitiligo mindset collection).

Affirm the Ideal: It is said that all that matters is how you see yourself and we have found this to be true with vitiligo too. What do you think about yourself? Are you a victim of vitiligo? Is it a skin condition that ruined your life? Or the lucky individual who has been given the vision to learn and teach and grow? Choose the correct stories to tell yourself.

It is important to mention the speculations are only the start of a much larger and more complex process (I/O analysis) equally that does not mean anything here should be taken lightly.
