Experimental: Spiritual Considerations
The Spiritual Considerations when speculating on the vitiligo puzzle are not related to a religion or spiritual practice. rather this a general area of interest for the individual to play with and ponder on.
FAITH: Faith is an often misunderstood and mistranslated word. if we use the definition from an ancient cultural perspective then the meaning is "that which is placed in the heart" That is to say faith is the deep seated things that you REALLY believe about yourself and the world around you. in the context of vitiligo the individual must ask themselves what do they truly believe about vitiligo? what is the story about it they have placed in their heart? Is it going to get better?
Providence: “the belief in a divine hand that guides all things" When there is no faith it is only a belief. Beliefs can change and have no method of verification they are all of the things you want to be true rather than what you deeply perceive to be true. when seen through this lens one can see how linked faith is to providence.
Dwell on the essence: The core view of any spiritual tradition is that implication that you are not the body. you are something else. you are the soul. The soul that cannot be damaged or drowned or destroyed in any way. If this is true then you must feel it. It is no use subscribing to these ideas if they don’t help you in your vitiligo journey.
You are only spiritual when you compare yourself to someone less spiritual. In reality there is a lot of inner work that needs to be done before spirituality starts working in your favour with vitiligo.
