IVIA stands for Intentional Vitiligo Investigation Attempt. It is our most focused attempt to understand vitiligo. It is for people who have tried many times to see results in their condition and now understand that google searches and doctor appointments are not a strategy. They are now seeking a more organised and structured way to tackle the issue. 

Knowing that it is going to take a massive attempt to do this, We use combined knowledge from science , medicine, psychology , and literally anything else you can think of to try to see what causes vitiligo white marks to increase and decrease in size in your particular case.

It is procedural and clinical in approach. It tries to see the problem as a mathematical equation rather than a health issue.

Equally it is not limited to the scientific and generously draws from the psychological and spiritual. There is no talk of cures or healing, and the focus is on trying to understand what is going on in your body with a coherent procedure and likeminded people.

The observations help to contribute towards the vitiligo database proper and for this reason recording areas of exploration and being honest about what has happened is crucial.
