The moral pieces to the puzzle
Perhaps the most nuanced and multifaceted aspect of the vitiligo puzzle is what we call the moral pieces. The following speculations are designed to expose the individual to potential moral areas of investigation.
Congruence: Congruence is the harmony between what you say and what you do, between what you do and what you think, between what you say to the world you want vs the real reason why you say it. These contradictions are common and crucial to resolve we speculate.
Correct action: Essentially an extension of congruence but focused on the physical side. You must act. Move the body. Study your vitiligo. Change your diet. Become the person who acts like they want to make a massive contribution to vitiligo investigation. Although easy to understand, surprisingly many people fall short at this stage.
Correct thought: If you cannot understand or accept any situation or scenario that does not result is rapid repigmentation of the skin then you will have created the mental framework that will help you in this process. Admittedly this is not easy and requires a real plan. The idea is not to literally have a state of war inside you trying to fight your white marks. Rather there should be a natural enthusiasm to discover something new.
It is not easy to self inspect the moral side of yourself. In the Vitiligo Mindset collection we try to teach the tools and techniques required to actually do the mental work required to zoom into the moral pieces with a calm and balanced frame of mind.
